FOOD AND BEVERAGE PROCESS WATER FILTERS – PWF 10 and PWFC
The PWF 10 reduces organic and sediment loads in wash down water allowing water re-use and composting of removed solids.
Daily flow: 0.5 Megalitres
Hydraulics: Mains water
Processing plants where wash down water has high sediment and organic load.
Enables cost recovery in just months by re-using Class B filtered water for washdown. This smarter solution, filters solids from processing water at the source, and solids are extruded into a compostable cake. The PWF 10 fits onto two pallets, installation is quick and easy, operating costs and maintenance are low.
Watch the PWF-10 Video
This short video shows how the Enviro Process Water Filter (PWF-10) extrudes the organics into a cake suitable for composting, after separating the water from the wash down water for re-use.
Design specifically for the food and beverage processing industry, the PWF-10 is easy to install and maintain. Individual PWF systems treat up to 1 megalitre per day can be installed in parallel for to manage seasonal loads.
Designed for the wine industry, the PWFC has additional clarification functionality, to reduce colloidal particles and suspended solids that discolour the wash down water. Outputs are suitable for re-use as Class B or Class C water.
SMARTER SOLUTIONS FOR EVERYDAY PROBLEMS
The Enviro Australis water quality improvement technologies are designed, engineered and built to meet the everyday needs of property owners, food and beverage wastewater managers and aquaculture farmers.
Stormwater QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
Enviro environmental protection systems (EPS) range is designed for residential, commercial and industrial catchments including sites with a high risk of hydrocarbon spillage.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE processing water
The Enviro process water filter is designed to allow managers to cut energy and labor costs, reuse vwater, compost organics, reduce the need for settling dams and minimize the risks of spillage.
AQUACULTURE AND Waste water PONDS
The Enviro low energy dissolved oxygen heads produce micro bubbles which oxygenate water using single phase power and low cost pumps. Systems include floating or submersible options.
